Mary McCormack was an American actress who is famous for her roles as the lead character in TV shows like "Murder One", "The West Wing", "In Plain Sight" and Loaded. In addition to her roles in films, she has appeared in "Private Parts", "Deep Impact", "True Crime" and 1408. McCormack, who was born in a house that had no connection to entertainment whatsoever according to her family tree. is the daughter of a clinical therapy and an owner of an Ice Cream Parlor. McCormack attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following the divorce of her parents in the year 1990, she enrolled to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. She graduated in the BA program in comparative arts. The career of the actress began at the young twelve years old when she appeared in a stage production of the Christmas musical 'Amahl and the Night Visitors'. She continued performing in the theatre as well as landing roles that were on small screens and on the large screen. Her versatility is recognized and is still widely recognized. Michael Morris (producer/director) is the McCormack's spouse. The couple has three daughters.
